To this extent, the type of personal information we collect is name and phone number to create groups and name, phone number and email address to enroll in the My Rewards program.

We have adopted reasonable measures to protect your password from being disclosed to others. If you feel your password has been compromised, immediately use the change password link to select a new, secure password.
We reserve the right to use your personal information to contact you regarding changes, updates or enhancements and required notices to the Company’s applications and apps; and to respond to support requests submitted by a user.
How long do we retain user data?
We retain user data while an account is active. All accounts which have had no activity for six consecutive months will be permanently removed from the system and the user will be required to re-register to have access to the Company’s applications and website.

This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. The Company therefore has no responsibility or liability for the content, materials and activities on the third party site to which you link from the Company’s application and website to the third party’s website. Your access and usage of the third-party links are solely at your own risk and the Company shall not be a party to any transaction between you and a third party service. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of My Waze and welcome any feedback about this site. In the future the Company may include additional third party links the Company or user
